Psychotherapy visits may occur in the office or virtually.
As a passionate and committed psychotherapist, It is my honor to walk alongside you during your difficult times and struggles, as well as celebrating your successes along the journey. I believe, you are the expert of your life and I have found that identifying and building on your strengths has a significant impact on the outcome of your progress and experience in therapy. You can expect a warm, respectful and supportive therapeutic environment. We will partner to clarify our plan of care and set manageable goals. I utilize evidence based therapeutic techniques including: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy as well as build skills in mindfulness, relaxation techniques and provide psychoeducation.
I have been married for 19 years, have 2 children as well as a sassy German Shepherd and an “old man” guinea pig. I enjoy daily walks outside, reading, listening to music and comedy podcasts, as well as watching my kids sporting events.
