I am a master’s trained Psychotherapist and view psychotherapy as an effective means to help deal with difficulties and stress in your life. I believe that our thoughts are connected to our behaviors and actions, and if you are not getting the results you want in your life, current thought patterns needs to be challenged. In my practice, I integrate multiple treatment techniques into a holistic, client centered approach, focusing on your well-being. I use a combination of skills including mindfulness techniques, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other somatic and humanistic approaches.
While I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who have experienced trauma, I welcome anyone seeking help with issues from anxiety, mood disorders, depression and everything in between. We will work together in practicing using new tools and coping skills that aide in the process of healing, managing stress, better expressions of wants and needs, and other set goals.
