I specialize in providing mental health services to adults ages eighteen and up. I am dedicated to providing you with with a positive therapy experience. My goal is to help you regain a new sense of hope, purpose and direction in your life.

My approach with clients includes teaching new skills, building on existing strengths, and facilitation of new thoughts and feelings through creative expression. While listening carefully to your story, I can help you create a plan to tackle what concerns you the most.
